History

George Matocha established Matocha Associates in 1977 following a five year tenure at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. While there, he served in such capacities as Assistant Director of Planning & Construction during the most expansive facility development period in the history of the institution.

From the beginning, the underlying purpose of Matocha Associates has been to provide project solutions that respond to client needs by combining the best elements of Planning, Architecture, Engineering, General Contracting and Construction Management. By integrating these fields into a streamlined project development process, Matocha Associates is positioned to deliver projects quickly and for a lower overall cost.
