With more than thirty years of experience in multiple types of general contracting and construction management environments, Matocha Associates can provide the project team with insight into the various ways the project can be bid along with the benefits and risks associated with each alternative.

As construction manager, Matocha Associates bids each individual trade category to a minimum of four to six prequalified sub-contractors. All bid information is tabulated, clarified, compared against original cost estimates and presented to the owner for selection purposes. It is important to note here that all unspent General Conditions and Contingency funds are returned to the owner at the conclusion of construction-- they are not considered extra profit for Matocha Associates. In fact, we have returned more than $2,000,000.00 to project owners over the past five years.
