ADA/Life Safety/JCAHO Compliance

Although handicap accessible laws have been in place since the early seventies, many existing facilities require upgrades to meet the new enhanced American's with Disabilities Act. Our office performs in-depth surveys for many clients, identify deficiencies, cost estimates to correct and project management services to complete the upgrades.

Many municipalities and organizations fall under the jurisdiction of the Life Safety 101 Code and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals. We have established compliance documents for a number of our clients in this area. Medical gas systems and electrical distribution systems have been field verified and placed on computer CADD drawings to fulfill these requirements.
