Construction Observation

On those projects where an owner elects not to utilize construction management services from Matocha Associates they instead utilize construction observation services. Typically included in this category are those services necessary to review shop drawings, review and approve A.I.A. G-702 Applications For Payment, review project schedules and budgets, maintain a photographic project diary, and prepare weekly project reports for the owner as per the weekly field visit. Construction observation is intended to provide an owner with additional, cost-effective project control during the construction period.
