Facility Management

As part of our construction administration process, Matocha Associates offers a number of facility management services. These typically include assistance with owner occupancy (move-in), engineering start-up, development of a complete preventive maintenance program, development of a Plant Engineering Records Library, delivery of CADD-based facility drawing files, energy studies, and on-going facility maintenance and repairs.
