On-Site Project Management
A consistent on-site management presence is critical to the success of any project. Our construction manager manages scheduling, sub-contractor coordination, quality control and the project budget. He (or she) also has responsibility for reviewing every contractor payout request and for preparing periodic status reports. On-site meetings are held weekly with the contractors to insure good communication. The project team is kept involved and informed constantly via written reports and personal contacts with the principals of the firm as well as the construction manager. |
