Prior to starting construction, Matocha brings all of the various "players" involved in the project together for a review discussion. As a formal communication and control mechanism, this step is invaluable at this stage primarily because it ensures accurate communication of quality, cost, schedule and safety objectives to all contractors before they arrive on site.
