Monthly Project Status Reporting

Formal reporting mechanisms are another project control tool provided by Matocha Associates. As construction manager, we produce a bound Monthly Project Report that includes an Executive Summary, a discussion of construction progress, an itemization of pending issues and decisions required, a breakdown of construction progress by major trade categories, a detailed project cost summary which itemizes contracts awarded, trades to be bid and anticipated vs. actual costs, a report that tracks all necessary contractor contracts, insurance and guarantee documents, a contractors directory, complete cost estimates and lastly, a change order report.

In addition to the Monthly Project Report, Matocha Associates maintains a record of daily field notes and a photographic project diary.
